Gateway Pundit ^ | September 3, 2014 | Jim Hoft

Posted on 09/03/2014 1:38:31 PM PDT by Zakeet

A hearing was held this morning at 10:30 AM in St. Louis County seeking the release of any juvenile records that might exist on the central figure in the Ferguson deadly shooting case.

Lawyers state no records exist of second degree murder and #mikebrown #Ferguson

— Jim Hoft (@gatewaypundit) September 3, 2014

According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch 18 year-old Michael Brown did not have any serious felony convictions on his record. The Post Dispatch reported:

Michael Brown was never found delinquent of the juvenile equivalents of any Class A or B felony charges, and was not facing any at the time he died, a court official said this morning at a hearing on whether his juvenile records should be released.

MORE>>>> John Burns, the attorney for Charles Johnson at Got News, told The Gateway Pundit after the hearing this morning at the St. Louis County courthouse that Brown was never convicted of a serious felony but may have been charged with a serious felony before his death. The Post Dispatch may be inaccurate in their report today.

UPDATE: Charles Johnson, who sued for the release of the records, told The Gateway Pundit that the Post-Dispatch article is inaccurate.

SERIOUSLY????? Non-Serious Felonies? Is that like Funny Felonies or what?

Silly me I thought all Felonies were serious, otherwise they wouldn't be felonies-they would be misdemeanors.

This is hugh, and my beeber is stuned.

So, what are his serious felony charges, and non-serious felony & misdemeanor charges and convictions?

Leftist @$$hats think they’re much so much smarter than everyone else. The dirtbag had to go to an alternative HS, which means he was a thug.

So it has not been revealed whether or not he was ever a suspect (regardless of whether charged) in a murder 2 case.

The perp was a bum. He assaulted a store clerk, attacked a police officer and is now dead. Tough luck.

All felony convictions are serious. This is an admission that he was convicted of some serious crimes. No amount of Orwell-speak is going to change that.

Michael Brown was never found delinquent of the juvenile equivalents of any Class A or B felony charges

Were his "minor" offenses plea-bargained down from a juvenile equivalent Class A or B? - and just what is the "juvenile equivalent? Regular As and Bs involve murder, so maybe as a teen, you only murder a little bit?

It seems to me that are setting up a Straw Man argument.

By definition, any felony is serious.

Convicted? No, not convicted. Just as the surviving Boston bombing brother has not been convicted of a felony in that crime. And if that Boston bomber dies before his trial is over, he will die never having been convicted of a felony.

“The store clerk should file an assault charge against Michael Brown.”

He wont,he’s afraid.

That’s what we have become.

I find it suspicious that gentle giant was never "convicted" of any serious felonies...never "convicted"....

and my other thought whenever I see him....what a blob....he made an easy target I suppose...

The records they are reporting on would only be since his 18th birthday, I suspect.

And of course who among us hasn’t had at least a few “non-serious” felony convictions in the course of their wacky teenage years?

I had many but was refered to as the gentle, laughable midget.........nobody took me seriously so I was never booked.

Turn over the thug’s entire record: school disciplinary actions/suspensions, contacts with law enforcement or the court system, investigations that include his name, arrests, drug & alcohol test results, prosecuted and dismissed charges, plea bargains, court/trial records, convictions, and sentences for all felonies and misdemeanors.

The whole enchilada, baby.
