I wonder if they gave them their old handbook on how to deal with Terrorists and Partisans.

Meanwhile Obama is anguishing about ordering white infidel Christian pilots to bomb dark skinned Muslims however barbaric they may be.

10,000 hand grenades, 16,000 rifles, 240 rocket-propelled grenades: Germany sends military equipment for 4000 Kurdish fighters in northern Iraq. Four rifles each? Those Kurds really are amazing fighters.

All I can say is that it's about time somebody else answer the damned 911 calls.
All these European Weenies piss and moan about the dangers of ISIS, but fully expect US to bail their asses out.
I'm tired of it...well past time for them spend a few Marks or Liras or Francs or whatever the hell they call money over there.
But, I'll bet whatever they sent was first paid for by us, probably years ago.
And while they're at it, cancel our UN Membership.

beggars can’t be choosers but 7.62x51 ammo probably isn’t something easily scrounged in that part of the world.

Well, it’ll help. But that’s not a lot of arms to repel Isis pigs.

I wish the American, British, Canadian, and German governments protected their citizens’ God-given right to keep and bear arms as enthusiastically as they protect that right for the Kurds.

What they really need is Tow Missles. A two man weapon costing 180 thousand dollars will effectively and with a high kill rate take out a 3 million dollar tank.
Two men with little training can take out that tank and their highly trained crew.
Warfare is not only winning on the battlefield but the economics of funding the war machine.
