In his rush to flame-broil Burger King as an unpatriotic fast-food joint looking to skip out on paying its taxes to Uncle Sam, MSNBC Hardball host Chris Matthews sought to enlist the famously pro-free market, pro-capitalism Wall Street Journal. The only problem is his claim is 100 percent Grade A baloney.
"The Wall Street Journal lead editorial today came out against it.... The lead editorial today, surprisingly, attacked this tax scheme," Matthews insisted to guest David Corn of the leftist Mother Jones magazine. In point of fact, the Journal editorial board slammed not corporate "inversion" schemes but the current U.S. tax code, which it called "the reigning world champion in punishing investment and discouraging job creation."

Everyone, especially people like Hannity, are coming to the aid of hypocrite warren buffet. Buffet is major owner in so many companies like Wells Fargo which also owns sirius which Sean Hannity now works for. Nothing like another hypocrite.
Remember Burger King’s Gay Pride whopper? That is why bk leaving is good. What a wonderful country this would be if all the leftist left with their twisted agendas.
Wait a minute! Are you telling us Pissy Matthews is an idiot?

Thanks lowbridge.
Funny how Marxists wrap themselves in faux patriotism as they trash the Constitution.
Burger King is doing what original Tea party did when encountering British taxes.
I read that B.K. escapes no taxes by moving to Canada, that they will still have to pay U.S. tax only off set by the tax they pay to Canada.
Canada gets 20% and they will still wind up paying 15% to U.S.
Any truth to that?
Matthews has a way of just ‘making stuff up’... he’s a hater.
