89% of Gazans support indiscriminate rocket fire against Israel civilians, according to a poll released on Wednesday.

The survey, conducted by the Palestinian Center for Public Opinion (PCPO), also showed widespread support for UNRWA, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency, which has been fiercely criticized of turning a blind eye to Hamas incitement in its schools in the Gaza Strip, as well as the use of its school buildings to store rockets.

Asked about their opinion on the issue of “firing rockets at Israel”, 60.3% “strongly supported” such actions, while a further 28.6% supported it somewhat—for a total of 88.9%.

7.0% of respondents were undecided, with 1% “strongly opposing” and 1.4% opposing it somewhat.

1.7% answered “I don’t know”. …

Well, there you go. If they are OK with the indiscriminate rocket fire into Israel, that must mean they don’t mind the boomerang effect when Israel sends one right back to the launch location.

IF Israel would have adopted the military conduct that MOST NATIONS would have done in the face of 14 years of incoming missiles, 200,000 not 2,000 Paleostinians would have died AND the Israelis would have Bunker Busted Shifa Hospital (where they were all hiding), killing the TOP HAMAS leadership.
Then after REALLY being decimated, they would have changed their tone. So what do we learn from this?

Don't get me wrong, I completely agree with you. I just see it as a 90 degree uphill battle. Like driving an SUV straight up the side of a vertical cliff.

What thi tells me is that those in the “lime light” get turned real quickly because these jihadi have a vast network of people who “dime out” these vocal personalities very quickly - placing them in harms way....these people are not soldiers or have experiences in irregular warfare and therefore, easily threatened and shut down.

It will have to be a massive effort - not just a few shouting loudly...I think there were even some Fox News reporters stating what needed to be said shut down from multiple levels...just what I’ve seen...

Well over 4500 rockets since July 8th. That is an average rate of one launch every 15 minutes. One of the several reasons I support Israel and the IDF going in and cleaning house. Sounds like they need to wipe out about 89% of Gaza.

I would say that poll is actually quite accurate. You’ll always have 10% that disagree with the other 90% on any given topic.
