If this is discrimination then senior citizen discounts are discrimination, military discounts are discrimination, child-priced meals are discrimination, and on and on and on. This restaurant is free to offer a discount to anyone they wish.

This group enjoys bullying and terrorizing groups with a fifty cent stamp and a letter.
But since offering coupons and discounts to various groups is not against the law, it is high unlikely this bunch would ever spend the money to file a lawsuit they are sure to lose.
I think their victims can safely call their bluff.
