There is little question that the deal approved by Barack Obama to trade five dangerous terrorists for an Army sergeant accused of desertion struck many Americans as ill-advised and potentially dangerous.

The nonpartisan Government Accountability Office, however, took the criticism to a higher level in a report released Thursday. By failing to give Congress 30 days’ notice before releasing the prisoners, the agency found the Defense Department in clear violation of a federal law.

That's great that some people say we have evidence for Obama deserving prison. We have lots of these scenarios. You can talk about all about the violations he's committed until the cows come home. But they're not worth a rat's rear end until the legal, constitutional machinery is willing to be implemented, initiated and get the show on the road. So, why doesn't Napolitano take all his bits and pieces and give it to the authorities who are responsible for the next step in the Presidential Follies?
