After a week of rioting and confrontations in Ferguson, Missouri, filmmaker Spike Lee said he hoped that "things will really blow up" if Officer Darren Wilson is tried and the people of Ferguson are unhappy with the verdict.

Spike lives somewhere in a nice area of Manhattan.
He moved out of the Brooklyn ghetto when he became wealthy and famous.
Then he decries gentrification changing neighborhoods such as his old neighborhood. In his opinion, they change for the worse when white folks and others move in and rehab an old neighborhood. They don’t have respect for black culture or some such crap, so Spike thinks they should not try to rehab slummy areas.

True....I really wish he was up for reelection this year. We just might have a Republican Governor in January, but alas, he was reelected in 2012 and probably will be reelected in 2016 when people are asking, “Ferguson????”

Before I agreed with you, I wanted to MAKE SURE that I had not watched one of his movies. So I went to IMDB.com and went down the entire list....The only movie I might have watched was Summer of Sam, but I am not 100 percent convinced so I am going to say that I did not give him a dime either. He directed quite a few movies, but acted in only 15. A big majority of the directed movies I didn’t even recognize the title.

What exactly is Mr. Wilson to be charged with? Littering?
Since Ferguson was 67 percent black in 2010 (and probably closer to 99% in late August 2014), what does he think burning down another chocolate town is supposed to accomplish?
(Interesting that the response is completely different when the discussion moves to the Democrat racists of the KKK doing exactly the same thing in the 19th century.)
