Holder will still have to convince a St Louise grand jury to indict on civil rights violations. More than likely the Justice Dept will send monitors to Ferguson PD (Like Sheriff Joe Arpio’s office in Phoenix, and study it, going back years, to see if there is a pattern of profiling or discrimination, then they will charge them criminally or civilly. Can crush a locality. The full force of the government is a violent thing.

They want a federal autopsy to be used in a federal grand jury. A federal grand jury will not allow evidence from state forensics and autopsies in evidence. Circumstances as to what made the officer shoot and physical damage to the officer will not be allowed in evidence. The narrow definition of civil right violation will be pleaded by the federal prosecutor. The Officer will be indicted by the Federal grand jury.
What makes you think the federal grand jury will be in St. Louis?
Ferguson is simply a suburb of St Louis, Mo. No idea why media never says that.
Federal court still has to select jurors from vicinity of “crime” venue and geographical jurisdiction of the Court.

Funny how something always pops up that gets the heat off Obama just when he needs it. Almost looks staged to do just that, course then the MSM and the commies and black panthers would have to be involved, that would be a conspiracy and we all know they don’t exist. Do they?
