A dozen witnesses now back the cop’s story per a reporter tweet on Twitchy.
If that’s the case, the grand jury won’t even indict the cop.
RIOTS.
The inJustice Department will move for Civil Rights criminal charges.
Possible further riots when that doesn’t work or when the officer is found not guilty.
Hey, what’s going on in Iraq? With the southern border?
Who cares, says the MSM? We got a riot to cover!
According to one report yesterday there were more ‘journalists’ on scene then protestors last night.
The rioters don’t want to hear the truth. Pillaging and plundering is entertainment for them and it probably doesn’t help that that a large number are probably unemployed and the fire is being stoked by the MSM and the likes of Sharpton and The Black Panther Party
The provacateurs in the mob of “protestors” desperately wanted to create a violent incident whereby they could claim that the POLice overreacted. This would provide a pretext for further riots and an escalation of even more violence and looting. So far, that tactic hasn’t worked. So far.

I wish this were true but you are dealing with the “stop snitching” culture.
It will probably be enough that the original “eyewitnesses” testimony is so damaged that no grand jury will indict, and even if they do, those people will NEVER stand up under scrutiny in court.

It all depends on what evidence is presented to the grand jury and what evidence is withheld. It has often been said a prosecutor can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich. In the current environment, if the prosecutor has any ambitions for a political career, he/she may conduct the grand jury to achieve the outcome she/he perceives will be most beneficial (or least damage) to career.
The pressure from the media, race baiters, Democrats, and federal government for an indictment of the officer has to be intense. Unfortunately our legal system has been politicized and corrupted. It no longer promotes equal justice under law or seeks to find the truth.
Any DA who stands tall, conducts a thorough and impartial investigation, and returns from the grand jury without an indictment will be pilloried by the left, the black community, and the media. Any ambitions for higher office will be dead and there will likely be demands for his/her resignation. Not to mention the wave of rioting and looting that will likely follow. How many men or women today will risk career to seek the truth?
Of course if the DA uses the grand jury process to deliver the indictment demanded by the mob, he/she will be hailed and celebrated by the media. If an innocent policeman is subsequently railroaded, convicted of a crime, and sent to prison the mob will be placated and the media can pronounce justice done. The end result will be a demonstration the legal system is completely politicized.
It is possible the policeman either used poor judgment or deliberately killed the suspect. If that is the case, an objective assessment of the facts should indicate he should be prosecuted.
In the current environment it seems highly unlikely there will be an impartial investigation and objective weighing of the evidence. The days when public servants even pretended to be honest, honorable, and virtuous are long gone.
Sorry but we have a lynch mob and a media stoking it.. what makes you think facts matter
When you see the images from Ferguson and the press spin this whole thing is that White has been change to Black and Black has been changed to White by the race hustlers, and you have such one sleaze sitting in the “Black House” pulling the strings in D.C. = District of Columbia!!!
When are Whites going to punch this bubble that ENOUGH is enough???
“If thats the case, the grand jury wont even indict the cop.”
Tell that one to Perry. Grand juries are made up of the same people who do things like riot and attack innocent people when they get mad.
