A Witness Conversation Unknowingly Captured at the Scene of the Ferguson Shooting is a Game-Changer
IJReview ^ | August 17, 2014 | Ed Itor

A A previously unnoticed detail in a background conversion of a video taken minutes after the Ferguson shooting could change the course of the investigation into Mike Brown’s death.

The original video poster appears sympathetic to the narrative that Mike Brown was shot unarmed with his hands in the air. But he unknowingly picks up conversation between a man who saw the altercation and another neighbor.

#1 How’d he get from there to there? #2 Because he ran, the police was still in the truck – cause he was like over the truck {crosstalk} #2 But him and the police was both in the truck, then he ran – the police got out and ran after him {crosstalk} #2 Then the next thing I know he doubled back toward him cus - the police had his gun drawn already on him – #1. Oh, the police got his gun #2 The police kept dumpin on him, and I’m thinking the police kept missing – he like – be like – but he kept coming toward him {crosstalk} #2 Police fired shots – the next thing I know – the police was missing #1 The Police? #2 The Police shot him #1 Police? #2 The next thing I know … I’m thinking … the dude started running … (garbled something about “he took it from him”) This is terribly important because if Mike Brown had been shot, and he advanced towards the cop instead of surrendering, it would substantiate the narrative that the policeman shot in self-defense due to the fact that he was being threatened with severe bodily harm.

This corroborates an account of the event given by a friend of Officer Darren Wilson: Well, then Michael takes off and gets to be about 35 feet away. And, Darren’s first protocol is to pursue. So, he stands up and yells, “Freeze!” Michael and his friend turn around. And Michael taunts him… And then all the sudden he just started bumrushing him. He just started coming at him full speed. And, so he just started shooting. And, he just kept coming. And, so he really thinks he was on something.”

One of the prominent features of Chicago used to be the stockyards. Always saw them flying in from the west. From your pic it seems like the beefers are wandering around loose since they moved out the yards. That’s another reason I hate lay-overs in O’Hare.

The local civil rights whores and the Justice Department now too are unhappy the robbery video was released. Wonder why? Now they will be really unhappy if this is proven correct and released! Their choirboy is looking worse every day.

The radical liberal left and its leaders, in this country, have gone off the deep end trying to prove their narrative that America is racist to try to advance their political agenda. They are willing to incite riots and violence to help hold on to power, even though the story is turning out to be totally false. They will rely on, "it's the seriousness of the charge", and "the ends justify the means", to hell with truth.

My prayers go out to hoping this backfires on them and unites Americans against this corrupt democrat party and libtards everywhere.

From the pics taken at the convenience store, of him going after the store clerk, his hands look like dangerous weapons....not to mention the force of his body weight, behind those weapons/hands.

I think what might have happened is that the shots hit Brown but simply failed to bring him down until one finally hit something vital.

Everyone I know that carries a 9mm uses hollow points or cartridges like “Critical Defense”.

To me that is tacit acknowledgement they are under-gunned.

The 9mm (.357/.38) was originally designed to put the .38 Colt cartridge into a auto-loading designed pistol. It was rejected by Army Ordinance Department (Col. Thompson of “Tommy gun” fame) as inadequate from test results on cadavers, gelatin, and sides of beef in it’s search for a new service pistol to replace the .38 revolver.....

To put this all in prospective Officer Wilson emptied (”dumped” in the words of a witness) his pistol on a charging felon who had already assaulted him once.

Many police departments require their officers to carry the 9mm then teach them to fire repeatedly until their target is down. Again tacit admission that they are under-gunned.

Note that firing a pistol is the application of “deadly force.” Given that, the firearm should be truly deadly on a range of bodily types....even 6’ 5” 290 lbs. “gentle giants” on PCP. To fire multiple times or empty your 9mm’s magazine on someone leaves a very poor image in the public’s eye.....time for the police/sheriffs to dump their full auto M-16s for the more traditional pump shotguns, and upgrade their pistols to a pistol/caliber more akin to the 19th centuries Colt “Peacemaker in .45 Colt Long......

just saying.....

That's a distinct possibility.

That’s the pic of someone who took 9mm duty round to the forehead. Handgun terminal ballistics is far too complex a subject for anything more than pointless speculation, at least from some of the ill-informed blowhards on this site.

A little further into the default process, tens of millions of people will lose their cash flows and no longer be able to afford defense lawyers. That’s when the general situation will get interesting.

I’m watching Leave it to Beaver at this moment, those were the good ‘ol days.

Even though it's a TV Sitcom, it is a nice reminder of what a civilized nation we were a mere half century ago.

This is one of those minor evidence type of things that you will see on the internet only. It will never be revealed on television or used in the courtroom either. I would bet good money on it.

He probably put up his hands while he was taunting the cop in a similar manner to this gangbanger.

This is Darren Wilson, the Ferguson police department policeman who shot Michael Brown.

The pictures you saw on the internet were either those of a Florida State Trooper named Darren Wilson, or Darren Wilson, a member of the St. Louis police department. Both of those men are black.

I have seen ballistics for .22lr which show that they can enter the cranium of bears.

I firmly believe that a 9mm or a .32 cal can enter the brain of a human when hit directly.

Not sure if you are trolling or honestly interested in the subject matter...please advise.

If he was shot then fell to his knees then put his hands up THEN took one to the forehead, his arms would not have ended up under his body.

Handguns are anemic weapons as far as instant stops, unless CNS hit. Of course, people have been killed instantly by drive by with a .22 and survived self-inflicted head shot wound with .44 mag. There have been reports in war of a person taking .50 cal round to shoulder and still running forward, or by police of a person getting struck by slug and still advancing. Could be there already dead but motor functions still working, haven’t bled out enough. Louis L’amour did studies on the gun fights of the old West, noting some taking 11 shots and still going. Like animals, some just have a will to live.

The +p 125 jhp .357 magnum load has the best record of performance for one shot stops by police..of course it was the most common load for years so there is more data.

In my opinion, part of the de-militarization of police is return back to 6-7 or even 8 shot revolvers in .357, .45 LC, shotguns and bolt/lever long guns. Leave semi auto stuff with SWAT, for their intended purpose, hostage role, etc. Not no knock raids, etc either.

This will also bring the shoot and spray under control by law enforcement, like the incident in Miami this past year where officers were shot by their own force with all the ammo unloaded on 2 copkillers in car, or the incident in Boston bombing chasing after 2 Chechyans firing at night, rounds going into apt building, or NYC where police open fire on busy street hitting only civilians...examples go on and on..
