“Josie,” a friend of Ferguson Officer Darren Wilson, called into The Dana Loesch Radio Show today. Josie gave Officer Wilson’s side of the story.
Here’s the transcript:
“He pulled up ahead of them. And then he got a call-in that there was a strong-arm robbery. And, they gave a description. And, he’s looking at them and they got something in their hands and it looks like it could be what, you know those cigars or whatever. So he goes in reverse back to them. Tries to get out of his car. They slam his door shut violently. I think he said Michael did. And, then he opened the car again. He tried to get out. He stands up.
And then Michael just bum-rushes him and shoves him back into his car. Punches him in the face and them Darren grabs for his gun. Michael grabbed for the gun. At one point he got the gun entirely turned against his hip. And he shoves it away. And the gun goes off.
Well, then Michael takes off and gets to be about 35 feet away. And, Darren’s first protocol is to pursue. So, he stands up and yells, “Freeze!” Michael and his friend turn around. And Michael taunts him… And then all the sudden he just started bumrushing him. He just started coming at him full speed. And, so he just started shooting. And, he just kept coming. And, so he really thinks he was on something.”

I don’t buy it. The story is plausible, but if I’m the police officer’s attorney, I’ve already told him again and again and again not to speak to anyone about what happened, and if you have spoken to someone, tell them to keep their mouth shut. If the person is really a friend with an inside tract, he or she would not have blabbed to the media.
It is my understanding that the police officer made contact with Brown twice. First time was by chance because of jay walking and the second time was after realizing that Brown was suspected in strong arm robbery. The two encounters were minutes apart and one could conclude that it was between the 2 encounters that the police officer became aware of the robbery. In my opinion, the confusion regarding the PC's statement has everything to do with the media selling a storyline by NOT stressing the fact that there were two separate encounters with Brown.

11.48am - Officer Darren Wilson and an ambulance crew were at an unrelated call about a sick person
11.51am - A 911 call comes in about a ‘strong- armed’ robbery at a nearby convenience store
11.52am - Police radio dispatch gives a description of two robbery suspects who assaulted a clerk and stole Swisher Sweet cigars. The clerk says the suspects were walking toward the QuickTrip gas station
11:57:47 - the suspect’s description was released by dispatch
12:00:00 Wilson left the scene of the sick call
12.01pm – Officer Wilson encounters Michael Brown walking in the middle of the street in the 2900 block of Canfield Drive. The officer shoots Brown dead following an altercation
12.04pm – A second officer arrives on scene and the ambulance from the sick call arrives to give Brown medical attention. He is declared dead at the scene
12.05pm – A supervisor arrives at the scene of the shooting
It appears to have been a single encounter. He drove past the guys and told them to get out of the street but when Brown mouthed off to him he stopped and backed up and then the dance started.

The timeline proves nothing to blame the cops if you know how police protocol works.
I;ve explained it on here now a couple of times, so if you wish to find out then by all means read my past posts, but I can’t be bothered to post it all again.

Acting suspiciously is maybe another reason why the cop stopped him and questioned him.
Either way the Dems have been trying to take the attention away from who this thug really was, and all of the looting , burning and rioting.

From 11:48 to noon, the officer involved in the shooting was on a sick call on Glenark [Drive], there was an ambulance present. At 11:51 there was a 911 call from a convenience store nearby. At 11:52, dispatch gave a description of a robbery suspect over the radio. A different officer arrived at the store where the strong-arm robbery occurred. A further description was given over the radio that stated the suspect was walking toward QuikTrip. The officer left the sick call. He encountered the– At 12:01, our officer encountered Michael Brown on Canfield Drive. At 12:04 a second officer arrived on the scene immediately following the shooting. At 12:05 a supervisor was dispatched to the scene and subsequent officers arrived. There have been some questions about the calling of an ambulance. The ambulance that was at the sick case at Glenark was coming by immediately following the shooting and they did respond to assess Michael Brown.
NOTE: Your timeline does not mention that a further description was given over the radio by the officer that responded to the robbery scene as documented above and in the official report here: Ferguson Police Department Offense / Incident Report 14-12388
