"I think what he has to do as president and as a constitutional lawyer is remember that there is a process in the United States and the process is being followed, for good or for ill, by the police and by the county and by the city and by the prosecutors’ office," Pasco added.

I don’t know if this is old news, but I read somewhere that this, “Child,” attacked the cop as he was getting out of his car.
IIRC, it was the media that ‘elevated’ him to professorial status. His employer/faculty colleagues didn’t seem bothered by that, nor did his Dem/Lib supporters. The flack from those across the aisle was basically ignored.
It is rather ironic, because faculty tend to be be VERY ‘exacting’ when it some to professional status.
I did not listen to Sparky but did he mention anything about flagrant disrespect for the law, ruined businesses, and lives altered by a race of his very own. Could we expect the same actions from Obama if he was a citizen of Ferguson? Sounds like he would be on the front line of looting and pillaging!

Any private citizen accused, with the evidence in the media so far (the 35ft distance, eye witness statements etc.) would be in jail with a VERY high bail, or held without bail.
And his name a picture would be in the local paper.

Mr. TGuy, they must also publish the “teachers” resume of qualifications and all publications from such prospective teachers. Until Obama, all this information was public.
Mr. TGuy, this is old news that Obama has had all his records scrubbed relating to this subject and much more. Obama was never, ever a Professor of Law. Period. However, the media will tell you otherwise. The media will attempt to convince you that Obama was the greatest Law Non-Professor that ever lived.

Me too! I recall that the Profs at the Law School refused to accept him as a Prof. Then, the Chancellor told them to find him a vacant office. They did and the office had a desk and one chair. .....He was an adjunct lecturer to Black Studies students and talked about how the Constitution was unfair to blacks.

There's the problem! The Bundy Ranch protestors didn't go and loot local strip malls; if they looted then Obama would speak up for their rights. Hmmn, and some people think he's sane?
