I starting to see a lot of this. Christian people, who have a family member who is homosexual, upset that their church or other Christians frown upon homosexual behavior.
Or when people have differing perspectives and the automatic reply is “Do you know anyone who is gay?” Apparently, the pro-homos have that stance because they know someone who is gay.
I find homosexuality a huge sin and on a personal note, disgusting. However, to cancel at the wake is a bit harsh.....certainly they could have waited until after the wake and speak to them privately. Or the church could have called somewhere else to have the funeral. The ONLY thing negative about this story is the timing. I agree with the Church fully.
They could always find one of those Unitarian Pagan Churches
