Yes. It was first reported on Channel one news in Israel. The transcript sounds like pure Barry to me.
I believe that the soetoro / jarrett / soros / saudi plan is to engineer an all out war between Israel and iran in which both will be decimated leaving the sunnis to pick up the pieces.
