I was in Costco in Delaware at 5 tonight and "America" is not only in stock but actually in one of the most prominent parts of the table.

Now that Costco only has one table of books but America was on the left end.

Hilary's book was not in evidence.

Hillary’s book is on the “Sale” rack at Sam’s in our area. And it is still not selling!

Looks they had a whole pallet of them. Did they move them to Home Improvement section to sell as firewood?
