NETCOM recently changed to “2nd-Army-something” and scuttlebutt includes a significant funding reduction — which I suppose is most easily accommodated with a reduction in headcount.
I don’t know if NETCOM will shoulder the lion’s share of the reductions, but I personally know there is some hand-wringing and tooth-gnashing going on.

Maybe they went from being FORCECOM, to being TRADOC, which always means reductions, that's the TRADOC World.
