Andy, walking down a street in Santa Rosa. (the patrol car chirped, an officer came out shouting then shooting).
Erick Gelhaus fired 8 large hollow point slugs at 13-year-old Andy Lopez. One missed.
DA Ravitch, released her exoneration explaining in appalling detail Andy's (how to buy a child drugg smear)... Jill's picked drug & drink " expert review concerning (Eric)the shooter and his partner's BDA content have been omitted from Dr. Jones.
The DA (office) paid Jones to review the (after action) lab results and (to) compare them to what was "known" about Eric and Andy's drug and alcohol use. (some aspects have gone missing)
Weapons expert (Eric) analysis: initial trigger / trigger finger proximity, report has (also) gone missing.
(Order unknown) left upper arm, the left chest, central lower body. As he collapsed (face down) under the murderous barrage, the toy fell away, the blood ran cool and the firing continued. Doing the math on gravity (time to fall) verses aimed shot rate, angle of pass threw, (put a stick in it).

It’s gotta be really tough to kill a kid presenting what looks like a semi-automatic weapon as well.
I believe this is the case where on another thread I remarked that a bystander picture of the two LEOs showed them crouched behind their vehicle doors (guns drawn and aiming in front of them)apparently before the shooting.
I think asked the question, “where is the video from the cruiser?” Since it was pointing in the direction of the victim, it must have clearly shown what happened, where is it? Where? No one on that thread could tell me.
Gaffer where is the video from the cruiser?
Rab recalls your inquire & opine. Having performed the requite research, one was too embarrassed to report the cruiser cam computer crashed.

did it eat Lois Lerner’s emails when it crashed? Sounds like the same infection at least, convenience.
They ought to shoot the writer of this story. The use of ( ) is so extensive that I almost gave up on trying to read and understand the article. I almost went blind (and crazy) before I read the whole article.
And....this person is actually PAID to write?
Quite possible, from my own experience, that the camera was canted to the right. Officers do this at the beginning of the shift to better catch what goes on during traffic stoops, since they point their vehicles a little to,the left, offset from the vehicle they are stopping, thus the field of vision may be off and unable to catch the incident depending on where, they were standing. My 2 cents
Crash on demand hard drives?
It’s not an article. It’s an attempt at a rant. Difficult to follow but true none the less. Cops ARE allowed to shoot whomever they choose nowadays. Or, choke to death.
That may well be and I won’t argue the point of full or partial view. My main problem with this is that there seems to be NO VIDEO at all. At least none of which I’ve heard mention of here, or in other media reports. It’s like the missing IRS emails, but with not even a mention of them.
More of the poison fruits of prohibition.
They must’ve been frustrated at the lack of available canine targets.

Is that a Babelfish translation?
Dude, if the subject is important enough to post a thread, it’s important enough to post a coherent introduction.
Apparently, California law requires that all toy guns have a bright orange tip on the barrel for recognition. The Airsoft Lopez was carrying was not so identified and otherwise looked very much like a tactical weapon. Perhaps the self-medication with marijuana Lopez had practiced had supplanted any thought that this might not be a good idea when in a confrontation with law enforcement officers in todays environment.
Brother? I don’t think so!!! Be careful, you could be next. Or your children, or my children, or anyone these days
