Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton proposed that Qatar – the chief financier of Hamas – could play a key role in mediating peace between the Israelis and Palestinians.
Clinton, during an interview with Charlie Rose, touted Qatar as a country that could play a constructive role in arbitrating peace between Hamas and Israel, which recently launched a full-scale ground incursion into Gaza in an attempt to cut off the terror group’s access to sophisticated weaponry.
Qatar, which has served as Hamas’ chief financial lifeline, keeping the group afloat and facilitating its arms buildup, could convince Hamas to stop trying to kill Israeli citizens, Clinton claimed.
The Bill, Hillary, and Chelsea Clinton Foundation has received between $1 million and $5 million from the government of Qatar, prompting ethical questions about the relationship.
Clinton remembered that she once wrote about Qatar in her recent memoir, Hard Choices.
“In the book when i write about the cease-fire and I write about the work that I did to bring [Israeli Prime Minister] Netanyahu and [Palestinian President] Abbas together three times, I have something in there about Qatar even though Qatar has changed leaders in the last year,” Clinton said.

This if off subject but I found a video on the website of Jon Christian Ryter that says Obama promised China large chunks of USA for loans, but gun control has to be implemented.That is why many military leaders were let go....they would not kill Americans. I don’t know if that is true but you can see video and make you own mind up. I am overwhelmed at some of the info out there.
