I heard this story on Rush today and thought to myself, "How ridiculous!". Rush said the order that the judge gave to the attorneys that they not use the term during the proceedings amounted to an assault on free speech in a setting which is supposed to uphold not only the law of the land, but the Constitution of the Unites States. I am 64 years old and there is hardly a day that goes by that I do not think to myself that I thought I would not live to see the day that such things would be happening in our wonderful country!

Rush also quoted John Kerry today as saying that he is "embarrassed" when he hears the United States being referred to as "exceptional". That is why John Kerry (who served in Vietnam, you know) does not deserve to be the representative of the United States to the rest of the world, and he certainly did not deserve to be POTUS. Thank God that the Swiftboaters saved us from that!
