Yes, the Mexican Government is Facilitating the Immigrant Influx from Central America

RUSH: You see where the first lady of Guatemala went to visit the US-Mexico border. Well, she went to the Rio Grande river. That's where the US border used to be. She's not afraid of doing photo-ops. She's not afraid of doing theater. She showed up. Oh, speaking of that, we ended the program yesterday, we had a woman call and wanted to know how in the world all of these kids from El Salvador and Guatemala and Ecuador made it through the Southern Mexico border with no problem whatsoever.

And of course her theory was that there is an arrangement between the US government and the government of Mexico to let this happen because both nations want this to happen. That was Patty from Acworth, Georgia, who called and we touched on this at the end of the show. She wanted to know what Mexico was doing specifically to stop, if anything, the flood of illegal aliens.

Well, I took it upon myself to find out, and this is what they are doing. And this is not from some right-wing outlet. What I have here is it a story from the Examiner.com, but it's basically a rewrite of a Spanish language report from El Universal. "On Monday, Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto and Guatemalan president Otto Perez Molina held a joint press conference in Playas de Catazaja, Mexico, to officially announce an agreement to make it easier for those making the illegal journey to the United States from Central America, to cross into Mexico."

So there is your answer. The Mexican president, the Guatemala president had a joint press conference to announce an agreement that they came to to make it easier for these illegal alien unaccompanied kids to make the journey to the US from Central America, make it easier to cross into Mexico.

"The Southern Border Program to Improve Passage --" That's the name of it, SBPIP, "The Southern Border Program to Improve Passage, will provide for more border checkpoints along Mexico’s border with Guatemala, and offer more protection and even emergency medical care to those making their way north." Medical care, protection, not stopping them. They're going to help them and have been helping them along the way.

"The illegal aliens will receive a so-called Regional Visitor’s Card, according to El Universal. Officially, the program will grant the cards to only illegal aliens from Guatemala and Belize," the Caribbean superpower. And these cards would allow "them to remain in Mexico's southern states for 72 hours (more than enough time to reach the US/Mexican border by train)."

So apparently this agreement is between Guatemala and Belize for now, with Mexico. But who can tell where all of these undocumented people are from? So, anyway, I want to close the loop on that. She had a legitimate question, what's the governor of Mexico doing keeping their Southern border open so that this influx can pass through Mexico, the basic answer is "yes." They're not just keeping their border open; they are facilitating passage.

I just read this (Liberty News):

The following information taken from Federal Grant records proves the Obama administration was bankrolling America’s churches back in 2010 in preparation for the influx of the illegal diseased invaders:

From Dec 2012 to January 2014, Baptist Child & Family Services received $62,111,126 in federal grants from Health & Human Services for “Unaccompanied Alien Children Program.”

Between Dec 2010 and Nov 2013, the Catholic Charities Diocese of Galveston received $15,549,078 in federal grants from Health & Human Services for “Unaccompanied Alien Children Project” with a program description of “Refugee and Entry Assistance.”

Last year, the Catholic Charities Diocese of Fort Worth received $350,000 from Department of Homeland Security for “citizenship and education training” with a program description of “citizenship and immigration services.”

Between September 2010 and September 2013, the Catholic Charities of Dallas received $823,658 from the Department of Homeland Security for “Citizenship Education Training” for “refugee and entrant assistance.”

Of course they are and it could be stopped with one phone call closing 75% of the gates at border check points.

When two hour waits to enter the US turn into 12 hour delays, the Mexican government would get the message.

This is a declaration of war against our sovereign nation. We should immediately cut off all foreign aid and cooperation with these hostile invading countries.

A real president would be willing and able to put pressure on Mexico to protect our border. It’s possible that Obama could too, but he doesn’t want to.

This is why no matter what south or central america country the illegals are from needn’t matter.

They all came through mexico to get here. So put them back in mexico and either let mexico absorb them or return them to their country of origin.

If we let them in to turn them into troops to retake their funar socialist countries, believe me,mthey would erect a Berlin Wall.

We all know why that is not happening.

We are losing the Cold War.

.....and we are giving foreign aid to those a**holes.....

And here's what the connivers do with the foreign aid----Former Guatemala Prez used US banks to launder millions (swindler was elected to "redistribute" the nation's wealth)

NY POST news report 5/28/13--An ex-president of Guatemala faced charges in NY that he used US banks to launder millions looted from his impoverished nation. Alfonso Portillo took office in 2000 pledging to redistribute Guatemala’s wealth.

Portillo, 61, allegedly ran scams to drain the impoverished country's coffers. The feds say Portillo embezzled about $2.5M provided by the Taiwanese embassy....$1.5 million was earmarked for “Libraries for Peace”....books for school kids.

Portillo personally endorsed three, $500,000 checks issued against an account at the Intl Bank of China in Manhattan, then deposited the cash in the Miami bank account of a Guatemalan bank controlled by “a close associate and political supporter” .....the money was funneled to bank accounts in Paris in the names of Portillo’s ex-wife and daughter.

Portillo swindled nearly $4M defense funds ...and plundered the national bank run by his alleged co-conspirator through overdrafts financed by public reserves -- stolen money paid for expensive watches and cars, for himself and his associates, according to the indictment.

INVESTOR'S BUSINESS DAILY---Central America Border Rush Fueled By Remittances
(extortion racket---US taxpayers to prop up corrupt govts)

......52,000 unaccompanied illegals crossed the south Texas border this year.....as the political debate focused on immigration enforcement, a key economic factor has been lost in the clamor. Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras, which are supplying three-quarters of the latest cross-border flood, and are dependent on their diaspora in the US to prop up their own woeful economies.

Immigrants send back billions of dollars to their families. Remittances have risen to 16.5% of El Salvador's GDP, 15.7% of Honduras' and 10% of Guatemala's, according to World Bank data. Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic and Bolivia rely on remittances for 4.1% to 9.7% of GDP.

But the figure drops precipitously for every other country in Latin America. Mexico, with the largest immigrant population in the U.S. with as many as 13 million people, now relies on remittances for just 2% of GDP.

Migrant remittances to Mexico were $22 billion in 2013, 29% below their 2006 peak. For Colombia, once a locus of drug-war violence, that has turned itself around, remittances are only 1.1% of GDP. Free-market star Chile's figure is 0%.

It's not surprising to see Central American leaders urging the U.S. to let the newest arrivals stay. Those migrants' remittances offer a lifeline to desperately poor countries. While the money goes to families, it helps the broader economy......and ultimately fills government coffers.

A 2008 Pew Research Center survey found that 54% of foreign-born Hispanics send remittances to their home countries, compared to 17% of U.S.-born Hispanics. Undocumented immigrants are believed to send more cash home than either.

Virtually all the cash received by the three remittance outliers is from the U.S. (Guatemala 89%, El Salvador 90%, Honduras 87%).
