More than a dozen center-left and hard-left immigration groups sent representatives to what sounded like another uninspiring strategy session in the White House's Roosevelt Room with senior Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett and Cecilia Munoz, head of the Domestic Policy Council.
It was early on the afternoon of June 30, and none of the participants seated around the long rectangular table had any inkling President Obama was pissed. They would soon find out. Moreover, they would discover, to their surprise, that Obama was no longer pissed at them, but with them. This being a meeting of Democratic allies, of course, some of the groups eventually found a way to get Obama pissed off at them all over again—over the issue of unaccompanied minors at the border.
But first, the story of the day was that Obama became unplugged on immigration, took his temper off mute, shook up the underlying base politics of the next two elections, and turned up to boil his long-simmering feud with Republicans over the constitutional limits of executive power.

Obama told the group that Boehner had informed him on June 24 there would be no votes on immigration before the midterm election but that he believed there was a good chance a comprehensive bill could pass in the next Congress. The president also told the group that Boehner urged him not to press ahead with executive action because that would make legislating more difficult next year.

Hussein skipped Congress.
Now, he’s skipping the Executive Order for amnesty.
He went straight to ‘just escort 300,000 illegal aliens across the border and bus them around the USA to various cities and get them voting.’
Exactly. No Executive Order because that could be challenged.
It’s a “policy change.” I believe Obama refers to this as “direct action.”
EPA changes all the rules. Border guards become babysitters and hand out bus tickets.

I think Holder is whispering in his ear that the pen is not an option at this time so he's playing the women and children card. Wait till we have an epidemic and/or a terrorist attack.

The scary part is what will Hussein do if the RATS lose control of the Senate?
Here is a possibility:
Issue a blanket pardon of all illegals in the country and those who enter during his term. Issue an executive order that the illegals are now citizens then get ACORN, the SEIU, etc to register all of them as RATS. Then use his get out the vote machine to get the illegals’ votes in the 2016 election. The Republican party will be effectively destroyed with even states like Texas going to the RATS.

Yeah. And WTH is Congress? WHERE? THEY DO NOTHING. Obama rubs their face in it, “I will act without Congress” AND THEY SIT THERE AND TAKE IT.
So, some socialists and communists were welcomed with open arms at the WH, and got together with ValJar explicitly to declare an open border. I'm glad the WH is finally admitting this. Over the weekend, the WH spin was that Barry had no hand in shaping any of the current border fiasco, and that is came a as a complete surprise.
He cannot grant citizenship or voting rights without Congress.
He CAN pardon them for the crime of crossing the border illegally and choose not to enforce existing law.
But as soon as he leaves office those here illegally will still be illegal and subject to deportation.
That's the legal facts.
