I’d be willing to bet that there are more exotic unpublicized diseases present than lice, scabies and drug-resistant tuberculosis. There are some particularly nasty ailments out there. Flesh eating disease comes to mind.

Flesh eating disease comes to mind. Streptococcus pyogenes is found in the environment and has nothing to do with immigration or particular countries.
