Well Well... It only took me about 10 minutes to finally work my way back to something that said Rochester NY. These reporters should all be fired for doing such a poor job describing places in their articles. It is not like we only have one Rochester in the US.

^Exactly; thing is, that I find it odd that so many who don’t have the advantages that minorities do in the US (and often come from worse backgrounds) and avoid trouble with the law.
