So, his minions are now calling him the Constitutional attorney in the White House? How about changing that to the Constitutional dissembler in the white hut?

I’m sure Boner is readying his pen for a strongly worded letter.

He always says something like this after a setback but then never pursues it. He is just grandstanding for the media and the base.

My first read of your post yielded “strangely worded letter” - which is probably more accurate anyway.

I find it difficult to believe that he's ever actually read any part of the US Constitution. Das Kommunistische Manifest (The Communist Manifesto) and Das Kapital, sure, but not the US Constitution.

Can Congress defund the Executive branch (or at least cripple it)?

Not that Boner would, but could he?

Our guys could be stronger, but at least they’re not monsters like Obama and his paid goons.

They are worse than obama. obama told us exactly what he was going to do. The GOPe is charged with stopping him and then fixing things, but instead they are helping obama by failing the check him.

Not sure EOs in response to HobbyLobby are a bad thing. Politically, anyways.

The current mantra of the Left is that women will now be denied contraception and are going to die. That’s BS and Alitos opinion clearly spells out other ways for those few women impacted by this to get their contraception.

If Obama does what the Supreme Court has said he can do, he completely undermines the position taken by his own supporters and shows it to just be hollow rhetoric.

I think GOP-e coli is an appropriate term for the RINO pathogens in Congress.

Yes, Congress cannot be compelled to fund anything if it chooses not to.

the petulant manchild POS is not happy. Too bad.

Has the house ever tried or is it possible for them to make an application to the SC for an injunction to stop him from taking an extra legal action, which he says he will do?

Lastly, one thing that gnaws on me, and it is not an issue here, is people saying we have co equal branches of government. Any reading of the Federalist Papers shows there was no attempt to do that when the government was framed. Rather, the voice of the people was to be supreme and that voice speaks through the Congress.
