So, why isn’t a State or Federal Prosecutor following this for Criminal Charges??? A state prosecutor has no jurisdiction.
All federal prosecutors are appointed by Obama and report to Eric Holder.

The IRS agreed to pay 50,000 dollars? Now where the hell does THE IRS get 50,000 dollars of tax payer money TO pay for criminal activity?
Man there really is something wrong here folks.

It would stand to reason the IRS has tax dollars allocated to its legal funds. When they pursue tax evasion, (rightfully and wrongfully) the money used in such pursuit is tax dollars.
