Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Darrin P. Gayles reached an American milestone Tuesday when the U.S. Senate confirmed him as a federal judge, making Gayles the first openly gay black male jurist to sit on the bench.

Generationally speaking, you may be correct. The same judges legislating from the bench with brash boldness will have to retire or die out of the majority before most of this trend has a chance of changing. I still think that within ten to twenty years, a new way to describe straight marriage that will be ‘court proof’, will have been introduced into Amercian society. We who believe in traditional marriage were caught unprepared. No one, even ten years back, ever would have thought we’d be at the point where appreciation real marriage has become a controversial opinion, one which can take your job away in some circumstances.
I haven’t given up on this nation completely like some, though, yes, it is discouraging. I think the ‘salvation’ of our culture rests largely in the hands of those who are less than 10 years old right now. These young people will encounter enough of us ‘Wise Christian Patriots’ to encourage an educated push back. Fifteen years from now, these former children may become the ‘exotic outsiders’ who catch a wave of change-hunger as did Obama and today’s imitation media.
I think one reason the pendulum will swing back to the right, will be due to the impressive and intimidating growth of China. Many area of China have accepted some forms of capitalism and entrepeneurship. They will serve as a living testament to what we could become again. What we could surpass.
Who cares?
Why should I care about his race?
Why should I care about his sexual preferences?

Wherever skin tone is concerned, the GOP will always give in and the RATS know it.
There sure seems to be a lot of interest in the gay lifestyle amongst the federal judiciary. I wonder what the percentage of gayness is compared to the rest of the population?
I wonder how much of the gay judiciary are NAMBLA members and/or have child porn on their computers.

He would have had the cajones to vote NO on this one.....
I would have voted NO if I had been there concerned with the activism coming from the bench in recent months and the fact that Obama wanted him and not saying a thing about him being gay unless I had asked him about recusing himself from cases related to gay marriage.
But is he a Spanish-speaking Mohammadan in a wheelchair who is gay and black, or just gay and black?
We all should care, because there is a 98 percent chance that a gay black nominee will be extremely liberal. He will distort the constitution and trample on the freedom of Christians.

Remember that “Suction Pump Judge” who got booted from the bench for conduct most unbecoming from a judge during a trial. He has a ‘permanent stain’ on his record!
