CHICAGO Prosecutors in Wisconsin assert that Gov. Scott Walker placed himself in the middle of an elaborate effort to illegally coordinate fund-raising between his campaign and numerous conservative groups during efforts to recall him two years ago, according to records of their investigation unsealed on Thursday.
The allegations by five county district attorneys, released as part of a federal lawsuit over the investigation into Mr. Walker, his aides and the conservative groups, suggest that Mr. Walkers campaign expressly coordinated with the outside groups, including Wisconsin Club for Growth, to the point that campaign advisers also controlled some of the groups.
Legal filings by the prosecutors provided a rare view of the inner workings of a far-flung network of conservative nonprofit groups that have come to play a decisive role in national and state elections, moving hundreds of millions of dollars into campaigns by avoiding traditional political action committees that face tougher disclosure requirements.

So what. Barry the Kenyan has a “central role” in EVERY ‘RAT fundraising scheme there is out there.
Oh, gee. I just heard the bad news that the computers of all the accused had hard disk crashes and the disks recycled. Tough luck.
They will not give up until Gov. Scott Walker is 6 feet under. Wisconsin can’t wait to get back to the good old days before Gov. Scott Walker. (Puke)
Meanwhile Jon Corzine runs free . . .
What prosecutors put in their complaint is just what they hope to find and prove, it’s nothing to do with guilt. The prosecutors tried to find facts and proof and didn’t. Two judges have reviewed the prosecutor’s findings and ruled there is not enough against Gov. Walker to even go forward, so the matters were dismissed.
The headline is just the NYT doing the bidding of their masters in the Democrat Party, dirty journalism.
Right, so some democrat county DA’s signed on with a complaint, which was bullcrap based on their political opinions.
Impeach and imprison Obama!
Throw out the illegals!
What did Corzine do? I don’t remember off the top of my hat considering the plethora of scandals I constantly read of.
vaudine
WTF, that is a complete misrepresentation of what is going on. This info was made public based on a suit by the Walker people for the government to show cause why they were investigating him. In other words, they are citing mere supposition as fact of a criminal violation.
These slimes need be put toward the top of those heading for the nearest street pole when the time comes.
Legal Insurrection has done a good job of covering this.
What the media does not report (of course) is that multiple judges have found that even if Governor Walker did every single thing the prosecutors alleged he had done, none of it amounted to criminal conduct. That’s why the judges quashed the subpoenas the prosecutors sought to have issued, dismissed the investigation, and are allowing a lawsuit against the prosecutors for violation of constitutional rights and damages to proceed.
Reporting the prosecutor’s charges, without also reporting the judges’ decisions with respect to the charges, is the lamestream media at it most rotten worst.
That MF Global losing 1.6 billion,

And as far as Scott Walker...my response “And?!”
What prosecutors (notice they did not name any)
Also (On the 2nd to the last paragraph)
While the newly released documents describe a wide-ranging scheme to coordinate activities of several organizations with various candidate committees to thwart attempts to recall Wisconsin Senate and gubernatorial candidates, no criminal charges have been brought.
No charges ever. Kangaroo court. The real crime is the abuse of power by these punk prosecutors. The real deal will come when Club For Growth sues these sleazebags.
Where is the indictment? Oh, there isn't one? NO proof of wrongdoing? Run along, then, NYT.
Thanks for that. Now I remember!
Barry sure does go after his enemies—ci-cago style.
Must be some polling that shows Walker could be a threat to Hillary Benghazi Clinton. The phony “bridgegate” scandal popped up a week or so after Christie polled wall against the hildebeast
The press and prosecutors are systematically going after possible Republican presidential candidates.
First up Chris Christie, then Rick Perry and now Scott Walker.
Probably still to come as we get closer to the 2016 election = Rand Paul, Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio.
