This is going to backfire on the libs and feminazi’s agenda.
Let’s walk through the unintended consequenses of this bill...
- the article states that the burden of proof is going to be on the accused NOT the accuser
- given what we know about human nature, 99.99% of the accused are going to be males. This will make a lot boys gun shy, especially after a few sacrificial rams have been made examples of.
- This means the sexually revolution and free sex will come to a screeching halt (appropriately enough, where it started, in California) and most men won’t want to touch an uncommitted gal with a ten foot pole (or any size pole). Most men will now only take a chance with a woman in a truly committed relationship (married, or steady couple planning a wedding)
- So guess what? The liberals have inadvertently brought us back to the old Traditional/Christian morality, something they’ve been fighting tooth and nail for decades. Isn’t that nice of them?

However your last clause needs to be expanded - oral expressions of “CODE RED” is only one cause for contract termination. Apparently there are several others...per the article.

Prior to the resumption of activities, a new contract should be signed and time stamped.
Also, someone simply signing that they are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol doesn’t prove that they aren’t and that they are thus not mentally incapacitated and incapable of consent. I would suggest requiring that drug test and breathalyzer test results be attached to the signed contract.
