At least five killed in admin HQ blast as fighter jets deployed to Lugansk, Ukraine
RT ^ | 6-2-2014 | RT

At least five people are reported killed after an explosion in Lugansk administration building. The blast came as Kiev deployed fighter jets to the city in eastern Ukraine. This and heavy gunfire on the ground caused panic among civilians.

The death toll was first reported by RIA Novosti; later it was confirmed by local self-defense forces, who said the blast was caused by the army's fighter jets striking the building.

“Ukraine’s air force struck Lugansk downtown at 16.00 pm. Military aircraft made a targeted strike, deploying cluster bombs. The administration building is partially destroyed,” the government of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic (LNR) said.

Many wounded were trapped inside the administration headquarters, which caught on fire. About six ambulance vehicles have arrived at the site. The death toll may rise.

Those killed - three women and two men - are all civilians, witnesses told RT. One of them was the LNR’s health minister, Natalia Arkhipova. During the air-strike, she was talking to another woman on the administration building’s steps, the self-proclaimed republic’s premier, Vasiliy Nikitin, said.

Large blood stains inside the HQ could be seen on live-streaming video from the area, with pieces of glass and stones also visible on the floor. The camera operator was choking with smoke. On the outside, many windows are shattered, shell fragments covering the nearby area and dark plumes of smoke are coming from the fourth floor.

It’s the Missile Defense system that is going to create further tension just as it did before....I don’t see that Putin’s going to see that any different then he did before. So in light of the Ukraine situation happening currently it’s just another ploy to push Putin into war. Why not wait til things calm before they go about broad casting there moves as they’re doing...why not just move behind the scenes rather than show their hand?

I realize it’s a one up on you war as well....but we are talking two neuclear Nations after all.

I agree that it doesn’t look good.

One thing the Ukraine government hasn’t done well, is give good up to date information to the West.

Of course nothing would help this situation, but it could have helped all along if there had been more to go on.

Even Pupin has had to couch his actions.

It’s a real shame that area is going through this. You’ve got a foreign government, a few hot-heads and an incompetant internal government all willing to screw over the general populace.

Yep if a missile had hit that tree it would have
detonated and blew up a bunch of trees. Not turned
a sharp left turn....

Those flashes in the trees are manpad/ bazooka type
weapon firing off its missile... you see flame from back
of missile and the flame ou the back of launching tube...

The concrete parking lot leading up to that area
is pockmarked with holes in it like what a large cal
chain gun type cartridge would make while strafing.
About 30-40mm size....

Just don't tell the Russian crooked bleep bleep trolls that Google has an image search! (Picture shows parts of a rocket Russian media claimed were found at the scene of the June 2 Luhansk explosion, but which were photographed earlier elsewhere.) Amazed that people in Russia and on here fall for such blatant and amateurish propaganda, yet it is evidently the case..

...”One thing the Ukraine government hasn’t done well, is give good up to date information to the West”....

It’s been difficult for them to do so because the Gov. has made numerous errors of judgement which consistently backfire.. So the best they can do is claim there’s not enough information to arrive at a conclusion..or it takes time...or report a false story...whatever stall might be necessary until the next major crisis, which to date and for the most part they continue to create.

(Personally I think the US is calling the shots in a nation they haven’t a clue of it’s culture nor how things work there. Look at the mess they’re making here in the states...so no surprise they are screwing things up there.)

Unfortunately , as with many foreign nations who have little understanding of democracy, so too with Ukriane. In their minds Maidan ‘won’ and that is that....winner takes all. Yet all the factions accustomed to their “turf” and their cut are NOT going to co-operate with the whole without a “price”. An election is not going to fix that as we see Maiden begin, again, to revolt in the square now.

One of the many advantages Putin has is he does understand the culture of the people over there who believe in order to win you have to fight, steal and kill, and don’t actually hide it because it’s the norm......Ukraine’s corruption and brutality even surpasses Russia according to the records, so it must be seen in that light.

Your correct even Putin has had to bend his actions but his motives are self-serving and for Russia’s benefit. Just as the moves the US/Eu are making is for theirs.

I will stand on what I believe.. that this is a very standard move when the Globalist makes a move on a country...ad is going exactly as we’ve seen in the past. The difference is Russia is a nuclear power, and controls much of the oil. The East is far more valuable to Putin then it is the US or Europe.

I also agree, as you know, that losers here are the Ukrainian people and will be down the road as well.

I said they would nationalize the companies...they are doing so...then they will sell them to International Companies...Their Insurance and Utilities will also go out of the hands of Ukrainians.....Next step will be to make certain Ukraine is debt-ridden for years in order to strong arm them when they want.

...."Poland is a member of NATO, whereas Ukraine is not"....

Yes, so let the Nato nations pay for a base in Poland and cough up the costs...and put their own troops in their...not ours nor our purses to keep it.

Ukraine cannot be a Nato member...that is not going to happen because Ukraine will never be allowed to become a powerful nation rather a debtor nation the EU/NWO can control...that's why they're selling it out and why nobody will go to war over Ukraine except by proxy.

When The US and Keiv met not long ago...see who is seated at the head of the table.....that speaks volumes.

It’s a mess CAWW so it would be pointless to argue with you.

I think your take is as decent as any.

Look, we both think Obama is a rat dropping. The fact is, the West and Russia compete in that regions. It’s just the way it is, and it will continue to be that way.

U. S. interests, the E. U. Interests, Russia, big money on both sides, it’s all a crap shoot anyway. The place won’t be any better for Russian involvement.

Look at Crimea. They can’t even manage that small area.

As you noted, I do, and we both do care about the average Ukrainian that just wants to go about their work and live their lives. It’s fast how quickly the population makes changes an accepted reality.

You talk to anyone less than 21 years old, and the Ukraine now, is the one they are loyal to. It’s their nation. They love it. They don’t want to lose it. I think those high school kids in Crimea express what a lot of the folks over there think.

Let Russia be Russian, and let the Ukraine be the Ukraine. If the Ukraine wants to go Russian for trade, I don’t really care. If it wants to go West, I don’t care about that either.

Look at the thread the Ukraine was in real terms against Russia. The E. U. military is essentially in a shambles.

Russia has nothing to fear over there. Nobody but nobody wants Russian soil that I know of.

Do note that Keiv Gov isn't saying where it was photographed......this is exactly what Keiv's counter propaganda is doing...and there are many photos and video as well as witnesses giving evidence that do point to Kiev Gov jets firing missiles on the HQ building

I can buy that....with the exception that there are Russians in the East who want to have ‘a republic’ where they can handle their own affairs yet have Keiv as their Government Capital.

I certainly agree Ukraine isn’t going to be much different then it has been.....for the people...in fact for quite awhile it will be worse than before. That’s what disturbs me most...yet they brought it on themselves this time around.

Ah but it was photographed earler, that all that

is need to make it fake propaganda. So if so called

rocket/missle parts are not there, then there was no

multiple missiles fired from a plane. So that means

the only rocket/missiles are from a manpad/bazooka type

weapon fired from tree area...Which a military expert

says the video shows.

NOW IF THE PHOTOS OF THE POCKMARKS/LITTLE CRATERS,

IN THE PARKING LOT ARE SHOWN TO BE FAKED..Hmmn..Hmmmmnn,

that means the terrorists waiting for a UKR plane to

be overhead, deliberately fired the missle from hiding

spot in the trees, to kill people and cause an incident,

blaming UKR airfirce, that supports russia call for

a so-called no-fly zone.. Think about it folks it

is sounding like an all to phony staged deal....

And speaking of Russian nazis,

(Source)
Thousands of far-right nationalists and neo-Nazis marched through Moscow on Friday to call for ethnic Russians to "take back" Russia, as resentment grows over dark-complexioned Muslim migrants from Russia's Caucasus and the money the Kremlin sends to those restive regions.
