There seems to be a full-court press on to get colleges to "do something" about rape on campus.
But there seems to be remarkably little attention paid to two crucial facts: (1) rape is a crime and (2) colleges are not qualified to be law-enforcement institutions.
Why are rapists not reported to the police and prosecuted in a court of law?
Apparently this is because of some college women who say that they were raped and are dissatisfied with a legal system that does not automatically take their word for it against the word of someone who has been accused and denies the charge.
There seem to be a dangerously large number of people who think that the law exists to give them whatever they want — even when that means denying other people the same rights that they claim for themselves.
Nowhere is this self-centered attitude more common than on college campuses. And nowhere are such attitudes more encouraged than by the Obama administration's Justice Department, which is threatening colleges that don't handle rape issues the politically correct way — that is, by presuming the accused to be guilty and not letting Constitutional safeguards get in the way.
Anything that fits the "war on women" theme is seen as smart politics in an election year. The last thing Attorney General Eric Holder's Justice Department is interested in is justice.
The track record of academics in other kinds of cases is not the least bit encouraging as regards the likelihood of impartial justice. Even on many of our most prestigious college campuses, who gets punished for saying the wrong thing and who gets away with mob actions depends on which groups are in vogue and which are not.

Yes, Ive been concerned about this ever since the deal a few years ago where they were writing guys names on the wall. College might be a good place to learn about libel and slander.

Analysis of rape statistics is fascinating. You wouldn’t believe the number of women and reported rape cases that are nothing more than after sex guilt. One of my best friends dated a girl that created a rape lie to hide cheating. My wives friend claimed to have been repeatedly raped by men she was close too and were drinking together. We hung out with her one night, she was wasted, and all over these friends of hers. She had sex with one of them that night and that’s when her whole rape lie story fell apart with eventually admitting guilt. She made it up because the sober her and the drunk her are two totally different people. Ones conservative and prudish and the other pulls her tits out in the backseat of your car to show your married brother in law how great her tits are.
it is not men who push guilt on women for their slutty behavior. It is perpetrated heavily by other women. No girl wants a skank around because they know, eventually, they will direct those horny desires at their men.
little is done culturally to discuss these issues. You can’t talk about rape or rape liars without some leftist gelling you that you have no standing to even discuss. Men, especially of college age, should avoid drinking with girls all together and never ever sleep with a drunk girl. It doesn’t matter how into it they are because they could ruin your life if they act on their regret.

With just an accusation, off campus law enforcement won’t get you a grant, accepted to the grad program, a stipend, your grades inflated, an internship, etc.
If you plan to do 6 to 12...or maybe 20 years of Independance study than all that about is very beneficial.

For a mere $5, my machine will issue a notarized, thumbprint & photo identified, certificate of consent to the below named individuals good for one occurrence of “Certified Consensual Sex” to take place ONLY between 24 and 48 hours AFTER the issuance of the certificate.
Any sex outside of those parameters and not within a legal marriage leaves the two parties open to charges of rape or prostitution.
These give the guy legal protection against false charges of rape and give BOTH parties time for their “beer goggles” to wear off. It might even make them THINK a bit about the dangers of what they now call “casual sex”.

This is a repeating pattern with liberals. They want to be free from the old ways. So when things start to go wrong, rather than returning to what was working right before, they tweak the system further in the wrong direction hoping that they will get better results.

So the modern approach is to give them condoms and sex education.
So now that things have gone wrong they are now things of starting sex education in kindergarten to see if that will fix the problem.

After that, you need to share your absence a lot with those people.
Drunken girls who wake up next to someone they don’t know just want a way to play the victim. All the while they are told sleep around as much as possible BUT everyone you sleep with has raped you.
Here’s a thought. Attend to your studies and don’t sleep around. Getting drunk at a frat party is not a good idea.

Obama and democrats think it's 1968 forever - boomers are in college and there's a kazillion of 'em. But that's wrong. The biggest generation had children - and they went off to college and some of those 'children' are boys. And NO we don't want them accused of rape when it's NOT rape...
