If you think Washington is scary now, consider this: Al Gore is not ruling out a 2016 run for president.
Al Gore 2000 was awful, proving himself willing to divide the country and put it through hell during his attempt to sue his way into the White House.
Al Gore 2016 would be many times worse. He would be a single-issue president, and that issue would be the total destruction of the economy in the name of the debunked global warming hoax.

I agree with that. I’ve probably come close to saying it over time too.
Gore has been somewhat discredited by his uber-environmental brain farts, and his treatment of his wife, and the resulting divorce.
That’s why I said it. It’s not his ideology, but more the way he has killed himself with it.

Ah ...but the country has now been conditioned for Algore. Can you imagine? Nothing standing in the way of BTU and global warming taxes except John Boehner? Yikes. Actually I think Hillary might be an improvement over Algore but we are into shades of despair.
John Kerry may have a problem explaining why Saudi Arabia paraded their nukes for the first time after he brokered a deal with Iran.
