Holder likes to release terrorists. He purposely released The Puerto Rican terrorists who shot up Congress at the end of Clinton’s reign. They weren’t Muslims, the were Communist terrorists.

Obama and Holder want Judicial power as well as executive power.
The executive has full pardon authority, which is a check to the judicial, but has no authority to assign, increase, or reduce sentences, and the legislative has not authority to grant it. It is strictly within the judicial power, as set forth by the legislative. But the executive should have nothing to do with it.

Just invent a law giving yourself more power. Why haven’t other Presidents done the same? Hugo Chavez used the same playbook.
