Nevada Cattle Rancher Wins ‘Range War’ With Feds

This is the power of social media. This is the power of personal video cameras. This is the power of citizen journalists. And the next time Senator Feinstein calls for “licencing” only “legitimate journalists,” that the 1st Amendment only extends to people who work at the New York Times, Washington Post, or MSNBC, remember this moment. This is how the bullies with the power, the cronies and their allies, are turned back.

Dianne Feinstein First Amendment Is A Special Privilege

This is not about a rancher owing the Bureau of Land Management money. This is about a federal government which just assumed control of public land years ago (not government land like military bases or federal courthouses – though the taxpayers do pay for these too) changing the rules and telling citizens to lump it. It’s about a central authorities passing regulations in Washington with little regard, indeed contempt for the little guy out in flyover country.

Well the little guy stood up this time and other little guys came to his aid. This is how it’s done. Film it. Share it. Get the word out.

And always remember your 1st Amendment right. It is the 1st Amendment for a reason.

(From ABC News)

However, today the BLM said it would not enforce a court order to remove the cattle and was pulling out of the area.

“Based on information about conditions on the ground, and in consultation with law enforcement, we have made a decision to conclude the cattle gather because of our serious concern about the safety of employees and members of the public,” BLM Director Neil Kornze said.

“We ask that all parties in the area remain peaceful and law-abiding as the Bureau of Land Management and National Park Service work to end the operation in an orderly manner,” he said.

The roundup began April 5, following lengthy court proceedings dating back to 1993, federal officials said. Federal officers began impounding the first lot of cows last weekend, and Bundy responded by inviting supporters onto his land to protest the action.

“It’s not about cows, it’s about freedom,”

Best day for a Bundy, since Al scored four touchdowns in one game.

So who is going to back up this court order?
The BLM tried and were quickly out numbered.

If there is a next time, instead of hundreds showing up to
support Bundy, thousands will show up.

So tell us who is going to enforce this court order?
We would all like to know.

They'll be back. They are already staging the next assault.

A person doesn't have to be a student of military tactics to predict the actions of occupation forces. Too many naive, law abiding citizens still believe we are governed by a constitution based government when it is an oppressive radical anti-individual rights mob that rules the land.

No. He won a skirmish.

Next time they'll destroy his reputation before they move to burn him alive.

Will they accuse him of molesting children? Racism? Drug running? Terrorism? Manufacturing explosives? Murder? Nazism? All of the above?

Spin the wheel and see folks.

They simply can't let an uppity peasant show them up, they can't!

Well, come on now. Dropping everything and then traveling hundreds or even thousands of miles to the Nevada desert to be possibly killed, wounded or arrested compared to a populous area with enthusiastic home crowds on a weekend with no danger except where to park... That so many still showed up (5,000+) at the ranch is still a good thing.

In the American Revolution how many actually answer the call to Freedom versus those who remained Tories or didn’t give a rat’s behind?

Even here in Alabama, every Saturday in Autumn there are at least 200,000 people in Bryant-Denny and Jordan-Hare stadiums... Doesn’t mean there aren’t patriots here.

It was not suddenly bred.
It will not swiftly abate.
Through the chilled years ahead,
When Time shall count from the date
That the ENGLISHMAN began to hate

Next time there will be blood!

Among these JBT's there are those itching for a fight and those who don't really want to be there. They take on a mob mentality when they have the numbers and firepower. We see what happens when confronted with superior numbers. Whoever ordered this operation is seething. I think you are right.

I don’t know if any mainstream media source has connected all the dots. Based on the media’s almost whole hearted acceptance of the Russian disinformation surrounding Ukraine, I’d say no.

[I love the “1st amendment areas.”]

I pointed out that those could also be viewed as BLM Sniper Free Fire Zones
