Yup, the libs or progs of the 60's and their influence and their culture's rise to power the last 50 years is the tough task we are up against. They have gotten much of what they wanted and that is the nanny state. The only thing I can hope for is since Obama has been in, Americans start seeing the overreach and corruption of a statist type government and a counter-culture begins to the corrupt 60's lib culture we have had for so long.

We have gone soo far left in our culture that the only way back is to use the lefts tactics against them.
I’ve got a boat load of ideas as to how this can be done.
Number one rule when addressing the “counter-culture” is that the “messenger” needs to remain anonymous. Or at least someone that can’t be vilified, identified as someone that has a history of being conservative.
Once identified, they will be destroyed.
Culture Jamming can actually be effective if it’s done right.
Any and all efforts to undermine the “group think” with an appeal to the individual should be effective.
From my perspective, the overreach, is in the progressives efforts to box anybody they can into a group in which they have a solution, for that group.
It’s nuts.
Conservatives will reject a politician if they hold just one position that they oppose. Liberals will vote for a politician in which they/liberals reject all but one or two positions.
It’s sales 101, or 201.
Know your audience and people hear what they want to hear.
The Dem/Prog party platform is to suggest that there is a war on an endless number of groups.
The Conservative party platform should be to expose this fraud and declare the war as one being waged against the individual.
It’s an easy position to explain and run on.
