That makes sense if it would work. I just think they would demand that you perform the service and then still whine. Better to in some way avoid explicitly saying that perversion makes you want to throw up and violates God’s Word, at least while under the gun for a lawsuit. We disagree on that point (I guess we have had different experiences with these demanding perverts), but good people should be able to disagree agreeably.

Smile, give them a complementary box of Fudge, tell them “No hard feelings”, and politely ask them to see if they can’t get a better offer elsewhere.

I can’t get the article to open on my phone. Did SCOTUS flat out refuse to hear it, or rather decide not to hear it *now* based on a technical (like standing, or expedited review) point?

The Court simply didn't grant the petition to review the case, which sets no precedent but leaves the lower court's decision intact. Because the Court does not write an opinion when it doesn't grant review, it could be for any number of possible reasons.

They only needed four justices to review the case. Guess Roberts didn’t want to have a review.

There was no recorded dissent from the denial, so it appears that none of the justices wanted to hear this case.

This is something they should have heard and settled. They will have to some time in the future. The perverts keep pushing!

Is this foretelling of the obamacare contraceptive/religious freedom case just heard? Worries me.

What does it say about the Hobby Lobby case that the justices wouldn’t take this case?

* * *

Interesting question. Actually, I think it may portend the opposite. If they kind of know how they intend to rule on that (in favor of HL), then I think that would have bearing on the photographer’s case. So maybe they’re kind of “saying” the photographer should wait and see, and maybe his lawyer should take a new approach after the HL ruling.

Cowards.

They have a chance to reaffirm the sanctity of individual freedom and freedom of association and they have refused to do so.

Cowards.

Genesis 19 has arrived in the USA and this time they want our children as well. GOD will not be mocked not even by the USSC, POTUS, or Congress. One nation under GOD or one nation under judgment? The hour is upon us.

The right of free association does not exist in this country.

Associations must be approved by the politburo.

I believe we are already witnessing that judgment. The signs are everywhere. Unless there is a huge move towards repentance, what will be left after the moral purging and plummeting happening now will leave this nation unrecognizable.

The state/local court should take a cue from the SCOTUS: stay out of private commerce.

Religious liberty officially died today. Refuse to comply. Resist attempts to violate your religious freedom. It is time for a new revolution.

Acts 5:29

Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.
