There's a simple solution for bakeries and photo studios that don't want to be involved in these sham “weddings”.The bakery can simply “forget” to add sugar to the cake they baked.Of course the cake will,at best, taste flat and,at worst, will taste horrible. When challenged by the perverts after the fact the bakery can offer an unreserved “apology” and offer a full refund. The photographer can “accidentally” change a key setting in the camera causing the photos to be badly underexposed and/or out of focus. When challenged...full “apology” and a full refund.

Write up the document, then watch it get nullified by a court. There is no legal recourse against what’s happening. None. A revolution started in the 60’s (perhaps before that) and the Communists have won. We lost. We thought this was a give and take, back and forth between one agenda and another. We thought this was an honest political debate. No. They’ve always been playing for keeps. We always had a vague understanding that they hated America, but didn’t know the extent to which they would act upon that hatred.

Now they’re implementing their agenda, and it’s only started. Most on our side think we can reverse some of this through electing conservatives or convention of the states. The left is laughing at us. “Go ahead, pass you’re amendments. You think we’re going to let you execute them?”

Take the pictures. Bake the cake. Do it to your usual standards (this avoiding further lawsuits) By state clearly and upfront that all profits from the work will be donated to a Christian organization that offers gay conversion therapy.

I would not find that acceptable, if I were the photographer. I prefer writing the contract specifying no penalty and no payment in case of non-performance, and then in some manner not delivering or cancelling at the last minute. As long as the contract is well-written (as it should be in all cases regardless of controversy), the thugs won't be able to sue successfully. Expressively supporting evil is not an acceptable option, whether or not you keep the money that those who demand your service condescend to pay.

How many cases are “picked-up” by the US Supreme Court that come straight from State Supreme Court decisions?

My guess would be a small percentage due to "respecting" States' Rights (At that particular time, LOL).

Of course the most popular case is Bush v. Palm Beach County Canvassing Board. Perhaps the photographer should try the lower courts first; if not do the "percentage" thing.

This is my main worry about 2016. If Hitlery (or some other Dim goon) wins, we lose the courts for a long, long time. And then, any time we win an elections and pass laws, their installed thugs in black robes will simply come along and knock our laws down.

There’s no recovering from such a tragedy.. until everything finally falls apart and we rebuild from the wreckage.

Which means a counter action is coming.

You are right, there is a purge coming. But they won't stop till you see Christians imprisoned and “reeducated”.

Except they can't seem to disarm us.

Has anyone used the term "Gaystapo" to describe their behaviors yet?

We already lost the court, or haven't you noticed. Justice Roberts was supposed to be this great guy, and he turned out to be a dud.

Do you really expect Jeb Bush to appoint anyone BETTER?

it is not the judges or the lawyers, it is the law schools.

Law schools are bastions of left wing lawyer refugees from the real world.

You take over the law schools so there is no pool of leftist lawyers to become judges.

Also institute a “work in real world” requirement for judges. No more public service doj hacks as judges.

Actually, the point of my suggestion is to completely avoid having to render the service AND the potential legal threat, and do so essentially at no cost to the business.

Let’s face it, no gay couple is going to spend money that ends up being routed into gay conversion therapy. But such donations are perfectly legal (even if, in the case of New Jerseyites, the donations need to be sent out of state). Net result: a very angry, frustrated and disgusted gay couple storms out of you business knowing that there’s not a damn thing they can do about it.

Give the fags a generic, white cake, with nothing on it, and say “we don’t decorate cakes, sorry”. If they demand the cake be decorated, say “get the hell out of my store, I told you we don’t decorate cakes, get out now or I call the cops”.

They will sue anyway, and it will come out in discovery, unless the biz has thought this through very carefully and anticipated every move.

“They will sue anyway, and it will come out in discovery...”

Discovery gets you documents, emails, etc. It doesn’t get you the contents of someone’s brain. Just say “no” and keep your mouth shut, and there is nothing that can be done about it.

That they won’t “hear” this case sort of astounds me. It is a First Amendment case. It deals directly with Freedom of Religion (and the free expression thereof). If there were ever a case that needed review, this should be it. We need a serious discussion about whether or not the 1st Amendment is still active in this country; and, they say no to hearing it.

You’re dead-on. He’d likely put-up Souter clones. It’d be nauseating.

When I think about things like this for too long, it only reinforces my tendency to want to just re-focus on prepping for the eventual collapse.
