Ukraine had never “had nukes”. Those installed there, were Soviet Union’s a.k.a. Russia. And they took them back. As a single entity, Ukraine has never had nuclear capability or expertise. Stop making things up. If nuclear weapons are installed in New Mexico, it doesn’t mean they belong to New Mexico.

I watched the video at the link you provided, and they do talk about nuclear weapons being used. Zerohedge, like Drudge, may change their headline for the story. Zerohedge adds their own commentary.
