In 24 yrs as a soldier one comes upon a few incidents of homosexuality in the service.
These ranged from, in one case murder,eight suicides/auto-erotic strangulation , sixteen rapes/assaults.
The weirdest was a very good friend who served with me in the field and we shared numerous adventures across Europe for four years.As soon as he left the service he ditched his wife and four children and became a woman.I still cannot wrap my head around that.
I must admit that the Officer Corps had greater problems with this issue than OR’s.

When I first checked onto my first ship a certain 1st Class attempted to take me under his wing. Did not take me long to figure out why. I was lucky to not have had to fight him. Only because he figured out that he was gonna be in for a helluva fight.
It happens more often than you think. I know of others with similar experiences. One who was not so lucky.
Hell, we had a guy wake up in his rack with another guy honking on his unit. He beat him half to death when he finally woke up.

I agree. I don’t doubt it happens, but for it to be a majority of the cases? Color me very skeptical.
You know, there are times when I read articles like this and wonder WHY the pecker always seems to be at the root of many of our societal problems, no matter how you analyze it? But knowing this, also means knowing these ways will never change in a world like this one.
It’s as if it’s one of many punishments we brought upon ourselves for disobeying God from the beginning. To show us how foolish we are to think we can live independently from God, and be successful at it.
I believe this is happening because good men/women do NOTHING to stop it. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. And as long as we turn a blind eye to it, it will only grow stronger. Why don’t people listen when God warned us that the enemy would overcome us? He TOLD US this would happen if we did not remain “on guard”. Anyone who doubts this should know that God’s Word DOES NOT CHANGE. WE change. But as we can see, it’s never for “the good”.
Is that how we want this to end? Defeated by sodomites, thugs, reprobates, and liars? Is THIS to be America’s legacy before Christ returns?
