I’m raising it now because they will then. If we don’t put it to rest NOW it’ll bite us then. Do you seriously think that if I shut up this will go away? Really? I deeply was Ted Cruz to be president.

So the best thing to do if an X-ray show’s a spot is to get your Doctor to be quiet about it? Is that really how you think?

This is a serious issue that the left is gleefully waiting to bludgeon us with. Asking all your friends to be quiet about it I’ll help very little when the campaign is caught flat-footed trying to make reasonable explanations in late October. Remember the release of the news of George W’s DUI the friday before the election? That’s how this rolls out.

He should lead the way toward making Iowa irrelevant.. as it should be.

What should take its place of relevancy?

Somebody here suggested using the % R vote from the previous POTUS election with the largest percentage going first.

Maybe do it in groups of 5 states per month for 5 months?

So Utah would start and DC would be last.

At first, that sounds okay.

But, in this case, you’re suggesting the states that fell the hardest for the latest loser would go first.

I’m not convinced this will produce better results. In fact, I’d be more inclined to think it would produce more of the same (only worse).

I don’t know if I like it or not.
But the one thing Republicans have to stop is staging endless debates moderated by Journ-0-lists.

“It’ll be the end of obamas second term so any point about his eligibility will be very moot.”

You really need to read some. If Obama is proven to have been ineligible, then everything he ever signed into law is also unlawful and ineligible. They wont be so dam dumb to try it. So forget it. It aint gonna happen.

No. You need to understand the legal concept of waiver. No matter what fraud is perpetrated, he got sworn in so he is/was president. Any idea that everything he signed gets undone if he’s determined to be in eligible is just nonsense.

Give it up chum. If fraud is committed there is no limit to constitutional restitution..it is in fact treason. Your wrong and admit it.

Once he’s sworn in, he’s president. He can possibly be prosecuted for specific acts but he is/was president. You are enjoying a delusion.

Not if he is sworn in under fraudulent circumstances. You do know what fraud is do you not? Does not matter one dam whit if he is sworn. If he committed fraud to get in, he is a felon and committed the felony to obtain the position, hence, he took the oath of office which proclaims to uphold the constitution and ALL the laws. He violated that oath before he took it and he is a felon and can not legally hold it. End of story.

Okay so why aren’t democrats still trying to overturn W’s first election? I tell you why. It wouldn’t mean anything. Nothing would be undone. The law isn’t going to look back and undo everything. Every enemy soldier killed under the orders of a disqualified president would be an actionable homicide. There is no end to what would happen. The constitution isn’t a suicide pact. You’re living in a dream world. And a not very clever dream world

GW first election was a clear case of equal protection and the SCOTUS ruled so. They simply asked the FLSC to explain their ruling. The FL court could not explain.

Further, you need to calm down. You like to argue much? Is that why your state is so effd up?

Yeah, I’m the reason thousands of Mexicans are waltzing across Connecticuts southern border unchallenged. Wait...

I don’t need to argue. It’s simple. I’m right and you’re wrong.

You might think your right. Wander much in your ramblings? That is typical of a libtard.

Sure, I’ve been here for more than ten years because I’m a liberal. That’s simply pathetic. Is that really the best you have?
