Apple’s ‘next big thing’ might be even bigger than we thought

The iWatch may cost $299 when it launches later this year, Morgan Stanley analyst Katy Huberty said in a note to investors on Tuesday (via CNET), a price that’s exactly what Samsung initially charged for its first-generation Galaxy Gear and similar to the Pebble’s second smartwatch, the Pebble Steel. However, the iWatch is expected to be even more popular than its competitors’ offerings and it may indeed me the “next big thing” for Apple.

“Our working assumption is that iWatch largely will be adopted as an accessory device and, therefore, sold into the existing customer base, like the iPad, rather than to new customers, like the iPod or iPhone,” Huberty wrote.

I didn’t catch that because I don’t watch those type of junk TV shows. . . but Adorno has just proved his similarity to Liberals by his penchant for demonizing people he disagrees with. . . and attributing vile, evil behavior and actions to their personalities. I see absolutely no difference between Adorno’s and the average leftist propagandists’ methods. . . None what so ever. He’s demonstrated a mastery of Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals” in every post on this thread. I’m impressed.

Oh, stop being an idiot!

YOu can be an idiot even while being a republican, and you proved that all along. I call things as I see them, and I don't need to bring in my political ideology to the argument regarding how some people exhibit fanaticism for products or companies, like Apple.

So, just take things for what they are, and you and others here are simple-minded stooges who behave as followers of the Apple religion. People can be conservatives, and still drink the Kool-aid that Apple produces. Not only liberals behave that way.

No doubt, I touched a nerve, and you find yourself defending against my accusations that you exhibit a lot of symptoms that the "followers" have in that TV show. The type of mentality exhibited at Jonestown isn't very far from what the Apple cult exhibit.

BTW, I had not visited FR in the last few days, so, I didn't have a chance to read nor respond to your spiels, but, I figure they're not worth responding to, but, I noticed how you're doing exactly the same thing that you accuse me of doing, which is a very liberal tactic, that being "accuse others of what you do".

I'm a conservative, and I'll call anyone out when I notice irrational behavior, even if they're of the same political ideology. Your irrational behavior in regards to Apple is basically apolitical, and it's more cult-like than anything else.

BTW, do you really think that conservative politicians never use "strong" words to describe their opponents, including during primaries where they're of the same political party? Grow up and get into the real world.

So now Apple is the leader of a murderous blood-cult? Wow... who would have known. Guess I am falling down on my duty to the cult leader... the only killing I've done is of whitetail deer...

Where the hell did you get your education from? If I were you, I'd ask for all my money back.

A cult is not necessarily a "murderous" one, though there have been many of those in history, and even the present.
