I wonder if the people of New York even know what individual liberty is any more. And the NYPD who have plenty of real criminals to chase is going to waste valuable time and manpower chasing after decent folks that simply want to protect themselves. Of course, the police in NY will not be held to these same legal standards by their own demand.

I left New York State, in disgust, in 2000. I knew what was coming. I am so glad I left. I make a lot of money, and would have been a great taxpayer. They probably gained three welfare cases in exchange for my earning. God bless ‘em.

It makes the most popular 22 rimfire rifle in the world ( Ruger 10/22) illegal.
It makes the Mossburg 835 pump shotgun illegal.
A law that bans pump shotguns that are over 100 years old is a law I would be taking to court!
