No, and you never will, because your genetic makeup and your upbringing cause you to want to be productive. Not at all the same as the Gibbsmedats, who are here among us to act like human leeches and have no morals to redirect their efforts at being anything but wards of the state.
now suppose you don't work...you're 50...you limp along on unemployment and food stamps and you get a cut rat on your property tax...your kids will get a good shot at a full college ride from the govt....you get free phones, in some areas free internet....you'll get the free cheese at the food bank and free camps for your kids.....you're taxes are nonexistant and you actually get money BACK from the govt that you never paid them anyway....

Perhaps more mothers are deciding to stay at home to raise their children.
My SIL did just that and as her children grew up she is putting more of her energy into what used to be called "charity work". If you asked her if she wanted a paying job she would look at you in disbelief and ask when she was suppose to fit one in to her schedule. And of course a large number of the under 23 crowd believe that school is their job.
I don't doubt there are people out there that are just bone lazy or that there are people who are so depressed from having work doors slammed in their face that they don't want to go through that again.
But you would have to break them out from the people who have a non-paying job before you can draw accurate conclusions.

i’m not going to work to see at least half of it legally confiscated to be pissed away on paying for stuff other people ought to provide for themselves but are just too damn lazy and feel entitled to what i earn.

I am lucky. I enjoy my job, have fun at my job, and it pays enough that my wife gets to stay at home raising the kids. Now that they are all in school I wish she would spend more time for herself, but she sucks at that.
Great post. Whoever said “when people figure out they can get more free stuff by voting for liberals, it is the beginning of the end” was prophetic and wise. That is how Lenin seduced the Russian people into going communist. But what is happening here now is worse than communism. The communist required you to work, they only guaranteed you a low paying job and subsidized cheap basic food items. Here, Obama has rescinded the required to work part in welfare reform. We actually now have more people receiving gov’t benefits than people who work.

I do maintainance on an up scale 1,800 sq ft 3 bedroom 3 bath condo that rents for $1,750 a month and the woman with 2 rug rats only has to pay $75 of the rent. doesn’t work and gets all the other bennies, has a new car, 2 off road vehicles giant screen TVs etc.
She lives pretty well for sitting on her ass!
