Great info/links to this LaTourette tool. Wish Breitbart, or some conservative blog, would pick this up.

It’s all self flagellation...none of this is new....none of this is news.....none of this requires a giant intellect.....none of this is original......jumping on a lib media thread serves no purpose.......this is not “breaking news”

No one says it's breaking news. No one says it's new news. So it comes from a lefty site...that doesn't make it wrong to have a thread and for al herel to know more about this LaTourette guy and his stinky lobbyist wife.

If you don't care for the subject, stay off of the thread...rather than bash those who are looking into and/or commenting about this RINO PAC on this thread.

I think it is new to many here who still believe the Republican Party is a vehicle for Conservatism.

The RINO’s obvious collaboration with the MSM/DNC on the shutdown issue being the latest betrayal in the news.

It is good that the truth is coming out now.

I don’t think it’s new to anyone here on FR. In fact, this kind of thread comes along about 5X a day, and has, for a number of years. These are getting tiresome.

But few of the comments are actually about the only interesting thing...the particular PAC...most are just the drive by comments we get ten X a day.

And FTR, another poster did insist it was new, and news. to many.......

......you’ve done just what they wanted you to do and knew you would...

If you are talking about me leaving the party I did that years ago. Bush 43 and His department of Reichland Security chased me off way back then. Enjoy voting for the same republicrats over and over again. May your chains rest lightly.

As the country swirls around the drain I must ask - How is that working out for you?

That’s a straw BS argument, and I would say you know it...but I don’t know if you are that smart. You seemed foolish enough to define a party by a single man. That’s dumb at any time.

The Republicans I support ARE doing a good job. I was never a Bush fan, back to the days of GHWB I was not a Bushie. But the congressman I voted for is doing a good job, and candidates I support from outside my voting district are also good candidates.

Of course, as bad as many DC repubics are....voting for the good ones actually IS working better than any third party is. Who is the third party guy leading the charge against Obama Care? Oh, wait...that’s CRUZ!!! Who are the good governors from the third party?????? (crickets)

What you are not smart enough to figure out is where there are good elected officials, they are Republicans. In many states, and then there’s Ted Cruz and Mike Lee - others like Sarah Palin are not in office but they are big voices.

The GOP e is awful.....but the Tea Party GOPers are doing great work in some cases...not enough, but some. So take your phony infantile straw arguments made on a kindergarten level to someone else on that level....

From Alabama to Alaska, the center-right, business-oriented wing of the Republican Party is gearing up for a series of skirmishes that it hopes can prevent the 2014 mid-term election from turning into another missed opportunity.

Missed opportunity???!!! In 2010 the Tea Party GAVE them back control of the House despite their own political worst instincts and with no help from the GOPe. The only way they can call that a "missed opportunity" is if their plan was to elect even more spineless appeasers and these damn conservatives ended up with the seats instead.

You stated on this thread that you wrote a book. I hope it sells well and you make lots of money off it. I suggest you read Matt Bracken's Enemies Foreign and Domestic trilogy if you have not already done so.

That is where we are heading.

You used less than flattering terminology to describe me. That's ok. As for the Patriot act, it was passed with near unanimous support by congresscritters who had no idea what was in it. More than half of them were Republicans. Have you noticed what Obama is using that evil law to do to us?

The republicrat party is losing or already has lost a significant chunk of the base. How large a percentage of fed up republicans can be lost before the party implodes? How many independent voters will be won over by amnesty?

When your hero's shove amnesty up our kazoos there will be an even larger defection.

Meanwhile, the republicans in congress, like you, are winning hearts and minds with insults.

Perhaps that's because you continue to live in the world of straw arguments, hypothetical absolutes that do not exist, and the paranoid and narrow notion that when someone disagrees with you on tactics or solutions - they must actually be the enemy in disguise.

I really lose patience with such infantile debate, so I have lost patience with your understanding, colored by a self righteousness that should be reserved for those who demonstrate more comprehension.

You and I have no disagreement on the problem. NONE. In fact, I do have a long 22 years published trail of attacks on the GOPe. Our disagreement is on whether or not it is profitable to fan the flames planted by a liberal outlet - who loves to plant stories to do just that. Your solution is exactly what our enemies want you do to. THINK ABOUT THAT.

So why don't you read this - and then tell me I don't understand: I'll even be magnanimous enough to send you one gratus if you promise to read it and then re-assess whether or not I am aware of the problems of the GOP estabs.

Rand Paul’s immigration speech
03.19.13 | Hon Sen Rand Paul (KY)
Posted on 03/19/2013 7:04:07 AM PDT by Perdogg
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2998395/posts

...The Republican Party must embrace more legal immigration.

Unfortunately, like many of the major debates in Washington, immigration has become a stalemate-where both sides are imprisoned by their own rhetoric or attachment to sacred cows that prevent the possibility of a balanced solution.

Immigration Reform will not occur until Conservative Republicans, like myself, become part of the solution. I am here today to begin that conversation.

Let’s start that conversation by acknowledging we aren’t going to deport 12 million illegal immigrants.

If you wish to work, if you wish to live and work in America, then we will find a place for you...

This is where prudence, compassion and thrift all point us toward the same goal: bringing these workers out of the shadows and into being taxpaying members of society.

Imagine 12 million people who are already here coming out of the shadows to become new taxpayers.12 million more people assimilating into society. 12 million more people being productive contributors.

[but he’s not in favor of amnesty, snicker, definition of is is]

Sen. Rand Paul is hammering his fellow senators for keeping billions in financial aid flowing to Egypt’s military — even as Cairo’s security forces massacre anti-government activists.

[by “anti-government activists” is meant church-burning jihadists]
