I agree in principle. Maybe not a brain tumor, but I suspect McCain has medical problems upstairs. He seems more belligerent and obnoxious than usual, these days.
He has a deep seeded personality anger problem that he cannot control....my guess is severe mental disease, or the tumor thing.
