Watching that interview you get the impression that Candy Crowley ultimately comes to realize Cruz is a force. He handled anything she threw his way, and she was employing a variety of leftist media strategies to trip him up. Cruz goes on all the MSM shows knowing he can eat their lunch.

Cruz absolutely cleaned candy crawley’s clock. She couldn’t get away from his LOGIC, from his rationality.
She couldn’t play tricks against him, because he would respond and not let her go on until he responded.
Wow, Cruz. Just Wow.

When Crowley says at the end, “Dana Bash is a big girl”, Cruz should have said, “And Candy, I see that most girls at CNN are Big Girls. And by the way, thanks for destroying your own credibility by lying at the Presidential election debate you hosted. And hold on, let me add, I happen to know a great nutritionist if you are interested”.
It is amazing to watch. She kept bringing up the blackmail word over and over no matter what he said. I had to laugh because he views this as an opportunity to provide details and facts they don’t want. His last point was priceless. “Now I bet you remember another recent press conference in which a CNN reporter asked Reid about NIH funding and children with cancer. Reid said ‘Why would I care about that!’ Then he proceeded to lecture and insult her. His attitude was “How dare you question us. We’re going to shut down everything and don’t intend to budge!” Candy couldn’t get him off the set soon enough!!!!!
I’d have projectile vomited in the presence of Candy.
