It said he was targeting specific people, but I don’t see how he could have known anybody there. Unless he was simply targeting whites or non-blacks, on the supposition that they wouldn’t be Muslims.

Black American Muslims tend to be influenced by Calypso Louie Farrakhan. Farrakhan has denounced 0bamas action in Libya, I’m sure he did the same with his action or intended action in Syria, but I’d expect that he did.
It is Americas involvement in the Middle East that fires these guys up.
I imagine this shooting was planned and therefore 0bamas recent “crawl down” did not enter his thinking.
