PORTLAND, Ore. – A bar owner has been ordered to pay $400,000 to a group of cross-dresser he banned from his club last year.
The Oregonian reports the Bureau of Labor and Industries civil rights division imposed the penalty against Chris Penner, owner of the Twilight Room Annex. Penner had told members of the Rose City T-Girls they could not return to his bar.

Just like the wedding cake law suits. Business owners are going to have to carefully work around not getting sued. Although they shouldn’t be allowed to be sued for simply refusing service to whomever they please. We can expect to see many, many more of these scam suits. The Gaystapo will confiscate your property and liquidate it to satisfy the judgment (and bankruptcy will not protect you) so you need to be prepared for that. Strip everything of value out of the place, hide every dime of your personal property, start an LLC, and reopen at another location.

Any bar or restaurant who doesn’t want to deal with the dregs of society needs to change their business model to have their establishment be a private club, with a nominal membership fee but a requirement to sign and abide by a membership agreement.
