Is this a joke? Perhaps from the Onion??
Blank Angus? Outback?? Both are an abomination unto food.
Spend more than a dollar.
Thanks for the Vegas heads up,, in case I ever hits a big jackpot, I’ll just go to mickey D’s. :-)
Never been to a crisps’.. Bet their Dumpster is watched closely.
Rib-eye = Prime Rib. Same thing. And really good.
Bonefish has a better sirloin than Outback.
IIRC from my old days there was a TLC east of Ft Bliss/El Paso.
I recall the meal fondly.
Just a minor note: it’s the Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse.
http://www.pinnaclepeaksteakhouse.com/
I did actually eat there once.
Where are the 1% supposed to eat. Certainly not Texas Roadhouse! ;-
If you eat at Ruth Chris’s you are truly a 1%. As in you get 1% of a full meal but get to pay 1,000% for it.. Most expensive and worst meal I ever had............
Logan’s Roadhouse?
I like the one near my home...
Also another in the DFW area...
Kobe steak 3.99- Bangkok 1969.
Traildust Steak house..one North of Denver and one South towards Parker. Wear/sacrifice an old tie and get a free drink. Mesquite broiled. They used to have a 52 oz. steak called “The Bullshipper”. Are they still in business?
When you’re in Vegas, look for Smith And Wollinsky’s on the strip.
Been a while since I’ve been in there but last time I was I had one of the most delicious steaks I’ve ever had in a restaurant.
That’s saying a lot, I’ve had the fortune of visiting some mighty fine establishments.
Value for $$$
1> Colton’s is always good.
2> My wife likes Texas Land and Cattle Co.
3> Logan’s Road House when I want prime rib.
Not in Californi çurrently,, who knows, they have a bunch of locations tho.
Re outback, always loved the potato cheesy soup, steaks were hit and miss, altho who cared after pounding a 25 oz. Fosters. Coconut shrimp and the bread were mainstays.
We used to eat there often, they built one close by, we hardly go tho.
Texas Roadhouse for sure.
+1
They also serve a 24oz frosty mug of Shiner Boch on tap!
Oh, yeah! When I’ve been to CJ’s we order ONE piece of cake for the family and split it and it’s always enough for five adults and one teenager!
And I can’t ever finish an order of ribs! OMG, just thinking about it makes me hungry!
Used to pigout on that stuff at a steakhouse in Okinawa, that and mai tais for $25 or so a pop.. Oh man , between that and entertainment..
“They serve up some of the best beef ribs *anywhere*.”
Hate to burst your bubble, but there is no such thing as “good beef ribs”!
