I heard this on the radio yesterday, and the excuse from the “judge” is the emails would complicate the “duty to assist” defense she had already ruled he can’t use.
Some kind of a fix is in. If you follow the money, it’s easy to conclude this is all being done to screw over the survivors and the families of the dead.
Looks like the fix is in for life in prison, so Obama does not have to sign a death warrant. Too bad for Hasan that Rick Perry is more than happy to do it. The Government forgot to charge for the unborn fetus, so Texas could pick that up and charge him with it.

I don’t understand why Oslama Bin Bama doesn’t just go ahead and pardon him right now, Their not fooling anyone with the manipulation of evidence in this trial.

The GD Military leadership in this country, from the very top down is completely complicit in this murder of innocent soldiers and the top 10 need to be put on trial and sentenced to a Firing Squad! Friggin cowards need NO MERCY!
