I am reading a book right now called: Iron Curtain, The Crushing of Eastern Europe 1944-1956.
It reads like a step by step guide to what they are doing to us and I am only half way through it.
The left is the SAME every generation an they never have any new ideas. (just new technologies to make old ideas more efficient.)
Anyhow, any student of history KNOWS where this ends.
It really is interesting and infuriating and scary besides, that we have at our disposal so much information and so much documentation about how nations of the past have been destroyed, societies that were free, and now are indebted and enslaved to an oppressive totalitarian government, from which there is little hope of recovering, once all personal freedoms and private ownership are gone AND YET we have so many in America who are so willfully ignorant that history always repeats itself when we make the same mistakes that other nations have made. I would like to read that book myself!
I was in Jr Hi in those years. I remember, in my History Class, the description of the Soviet Union then. I could not understand how/why the people allowed the government to take over. I could not understand how the news media went along with the take over. Never... NEVER... did I think I’d live to see the exact thing happening in this United States. To see it, makes me want to march. There are too many young people who do NOT know history. They do not know what is taking place right before their eyes. It becomes the norm and no one fusses too much for too long. We are just taking it... Congress is not stopping it... we talk it to death, and the belt grows tighter around us every day. They think they are above the law. And so far, they are correct. They also think we all are really dumb enough to believe their lies. It’s an insult to be lied to, and they are dishing it out daily... blatant, and obvious...with the news media parroting it every day. So far, they are getting it done... and we are taking it.
